Quality policy

The Management of SAPA OPERACIONES S.L. establishes the following Quality policy, through the deployment of which will facilitate the achievement of our objective of generating continuous growth of our operations through the creation of new products and services based on innovation for customers, as well as the opening of new markets.

1. Customer Satisfaction

SAPA is oriented towards customer satisfaction (both external and internal) through products and services of the highest quality and reliability. SAPA must understand the current and future needs of its clients, providing competitive designs, products and services, in terms of time, cost and performance, that meet the requirements and expectations of clients and the market.

 

2. Compliance with requirements

SAPA is committed to achieving and maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and PECAL 2110: Ed.4, /AQAP 2110: Ed.4 standards, as well as all legal requirements. and applicable regulations.
With this commitment, suppliers are integrated into the commitment to quality, so that they constitute another element in the customer service chain, based on the principle of mutual collaboration in the development of common interests.

 

3. Management Leadership

Management personally assumes Quality leadership, ensuring the availability of the necessary resources and creating an internal environment in which the Quality Management System can operate effectively, quality objectives are established and reviewed, and staff are fully involved. with quality and with the achievement of the organization’s quality objectives.

 

4. Participation and responsibility of staff

People are the basis of the organization and their total involvement and development makes it possible for their capabilities to be used to the maximum. SAPA cannot depend on permanent control, therefore each person at SAPA must assume responsibility for the tasks that directly affect them in order to achieve customer satisfaction, counting on the full support of Management.

 

5. Excellence and Continuous Improvement

Excellence and Continuous Improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the performance of activities is a permanent objective of SAPA. This improvement will be carried out through the results of audits, analysis of data and indicators, corrective and preventive actions, and management reviews.
Work will be done to reduce non-conformities, with the consequent improvement in productivity and profitability that this entails, for which it is necessary that each person improves their own work, that the company’s processes are agile, efficient and economical and that actions are established. and programs aimed at prevention rather than correction.

Management will ensure that this Policy is communicated and understood within the organization, as well as periodically reviewed to achieve continuous adaptation to the purpose of the organization and the needs and expectations of its clients.

 

Delegation of Authority

Ensuring the strict application of this Policy and to guarantee it to Clients, the Management will support with its Authority the Quality Management Department in the entire extent of the mission entrusted to it, acting as Representative of the Management for all tem: related to quality.
